6. Our AI voice concierge

Our website includes an AI voice concierge — an automated assistant you can speak with. It is an artificial intelligence system, not a human. It is provided for general information and convenience only, and its responses are generated automatically, may not always be accurate, current or complete, and are not professional advice you should rely on. Your conversations with the concierge are transcribed, and we keep the transcript to help us respond to you and to train and improve the assistant. We do not keep an audio recording of your call. We will tell you this at the start of the call, and how we handle that data is set out in our Privacy Policy. You must not share any unlawful, harmful, offensive or sensitive content with the concierge, and you must not rely on it as a substitute for professional advice or a formal agreement with us.

7. Acceptable use

You may use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

use it in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation, or is fraudulent or has any unlawful purpose;
transmit any virus, malware or other harmful or malicious code;
